- Feasibility & Consultation: We begin by listening. Understanding your needs, your site's potential, and the opportunities within planning and building regulations allows us to shape realistic, creative proposals that align with your aspirations and budget. 
- Planning & Design Development: From sketch designs to detailed planning applications, we develop proposals that respond to context and satisfy local authority requirements. We engage with planning officers early to navigate constraints and build consensus.
- Technical Design and Detailing : We produce comprehensive technical packages for Building Control approval and contractor pricing. Our focus on materiality and construction logic ensures designs are buildable, durable and true to the original concept.
- Construction Management and Support : We work closely with contractors during the build, addressing queries, reviewing work on site, ensuring quality and design intent are maintained
throughout delivery.
