About Us

Ecolinear is a residential architecture practice founded in 2023 by Adriana Useche. We work on extensions, refurbishments, loft conversions and new homes across London, Kent and Essex.

Our first work on any house is understanding what is already possible within it. The strategy follows from that reading, not from a preferred outcome. What we add is judged on what it takes to produce and how long it lasts. We are interested in how buildings are made, how materials age, and how early decisions determine what a house is like to live in twenty years on.

Drawing is central to how we work. Axonometrics, plans and diagrams run through every stage, used to test ideas and to make them legible, so you can see what is being proposed rather than take it on trust.

Alongside houses, our experience covers mixed-use, commercial and heritage-sensitive work, and we take on retail, workplace and community projects where the fit is right.
